Every step of the campaign is confirmed and validated with our clients as we progress:
1 - PlanningGoals are defined and a calendar developed highlighting the different steps of the campaign. The campaigns are designed internally with the greatest of care in order to optimise results: understanding of the customer’s goals, selection and training of the resources in charge of the project, writing of the script etc.
2 - Targeting
Targeting is at the heart of direct marketing strategy. You define the profile to target (type of operator, country, job title of the decision makers) and we choose within our database the corresponding contacts, and possibly look for additional or missing contacts through a customized research.
3 - Testing
The campaign is launched on a sampled population. Initial feedback is shared so that corrective adjustments can be implemented to maximise the results of the campaign.
4 - Executing
Management of teleconferences or meetings, qualification of needs and transfer of information concerning the prospects is immediately followed up.
5 - Synthesising
Once the campaign comes to an end, the file and a detailed report containing all the results of the activity are handed to you.
6 - Optimising
A debriefing is conducted internally and with you in order to share all feedback collected among Telecom Operators during the campaign and brain storm on the possible improvements for the next campaign.
